Video Camera Sequencer

I am wondering, and have yet to find any reference, if anyone out there has tried creating a Video Camera Sequencer Shield, using an Intersil ISL59444 1GHz, 4 x 1 Video Crosspoint Switch with Synchronous Controls chip? A friend asked me if I thought he could use an Arduino to switch between his security cameras.
