arduino uno's open source for eleven

The "Eleven" is our Uno-equivalent Arduino-compatible board, but with a number of improvements including prototyping area, a mini-USB connector, LEDs mounted near the edge, and the D13 LED isolated using a FET. [Product page]

arduino uno's open source for eleven

Post by yy205001 » Fri Aug 29, 2014 2:35 am

Hello,

I am totally new to electronics. Can I use the open source of arduino uno for the eleven? (eg, code)

Do I need external source to supply energy to eleven (batteries)? Or I can use USB to charge it by computer?

Thank you

Hi yy205001,

Yes, you can use the Eleven as if it were an Arduino Uno.

The Eleven Getting Started guide should give you some pointers:

You can power the Eleven in several ways, but powering it from USB is the easiest way to get started.
