Re: Hung sketch? Unable to upload?

Hey man! Got it working now. Didn't think to check modem-manager again because I was having issues on both windows and linux. Problem fixed by adding this line to the end of /lib/udev/rules.d/77-mm-usb-device-blacklist.rules ATTRS{idVendor}=="26ba", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0002", ENV{ID_MM_DEVICE_IGNORE}...

Re: Hung sketch? Unable to upload?

Have just tried on a Windows XP and Windows 7 computer. Went through the driver process on both and got some success on Windows 7. many attempts to upload "blink" and one of them did something, now the green LED has turned off (from the previous sketch) but now no LED is shown (ie: blink didn't load...

Hung sketch? Unable to upload?

Hey guys, Does anybody know why the leostick does not show up in my Tools > Serial Port list until after the sketch has loaded? Haven't plugged this leostick into a computer in a long time. When I plug it into USB it goes straight to the Sketch (I think) because the blue LED comes on and then the ot...

LeoStick and RC receiver controlling LED working

Hey guys, Just unpacked my LeoStick and got it up and running in Ubuntu rather easily. Still displays some random errors upon upload but the sketch uploads and works fine so I'm not too fussed. I connected the LeoStick up to a spare channel on my RC receiver, and with a bit of code I can control the...

Powering LeoStick with 6v

Hello, I have an RC vehicle with a 6v or 12v power supply available for use, and I would like to power the LeoStick. Will the LeoStick work with 6v? If not, what are some options for me to convert this 6v to 5v so it's safe to power the LeoStick? I have a LM2576-5.0 here but apparently that needs a ...

Re: DMD blinks during network activity on EtherTen

My final code that works without any blinking on the DMD looks a bit like this. The most important thing was running scandmd manually during the network loop. void setup() { dmd.clearScreen( true ); dmd.selectFont(Arial_14); Timer1.initialize( 4000 ); Timer1.attachInterrupt( ScanDMD ); if (Ethernet....
